  • Getting back in the Game...

Hey Despite my board name I am not that old (37). I have been lifting since my early twenties... did two cycles back then with decent results. Now looking to get back in the game. Recently lost 75lbs now looking to tighten things up.

Welcome old timer ha ha. Im 30 myself. Remember, your only as young as the woman you feel. :-)

These days 30's and 40's are still young. Im more active now than i was in my 20's. At first I dreaded turning 30 but now ive embraced it. Im young enough to have fun but old and wise enough now to actually know what im doing. But when I go out drinking in bars and everyone around me looks like they should still be in school I feel old school.

Well, I guess I will check into this "old folks home" at 59 yo. Still lifting 5 days a week. Last weeks rack deads were 635# for 6 reps.
