Hi jm, what's up? just introducing myself. I'm 29 years old and just getting back into lifting. I really got into building muscle when I was in my early 20's but lack of time and lack of determination ended that after about a year. Now that I'm a bit older and (i would like to think)a bit wiser, I've decided I want to be a bodybuilder. I know this is an aas board, but I know I am not anywhere near ready myself, but I would like to be armed with knowledge by the time I am ready. At this time, I have been working with a personal trainer at one of the better gyms in town, and we are getting the basics taken care of. Monitoring diet, routine, form, supplements, creating workout routines to fit my work schedule. I feel great, i'm getting bigger and leaner, and looking forward to an eventually transforming my physical appearance. I am currently 251lbs and 6'0", working on bulking to around 270 natty.
