I attempted to get serious about 3 years ago but ended up tearing my teres minor (8mm is what the doc said) about 6 months into my training. After about 8 months of physical therapy I was highly discouraged because I lost a lot of stabilization strength and free weights were very difficult. I know to put on size you need free weights.
Because FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION I'm back in the gym feeling strong even more determined. So I hired a body building trainer, eating ton's, working on my macro's, getting lots of rest, water and keeping a journal. I have learned that this is a life style that I want.
I have so much to learn from some of you veterans and I man do have questions... ha..
