Hi guys,
Just found this site and it looks great. Not new to aas have used many times before. Tore my left shoulder had to have surgery to repair it. Lost some size while I have been healing up and now I am ready to grow again. I am 45 and still love to lift and lift hard. I have been a gym rat for 20 years, looking to learn some new things form the younger crew of gym rats. Glad to be here
