My name is luke and i'm 36 years old male. Been lifting consistantly 4 days a week for the last 2.5 years. Before that, I lifted off and on for the last 15 years. Always have been interested in wanting to try and do some gear but have always been a little hesitant. Been an avid visitor to many anabolic forums and finally decided to sign up to get some help and pointers to make sure i don't screw something up.
I use to be slightly overweight (235 lbs) and have worked my ass off for the last 2.5 years to get where i am currently. As i'm getting older, i feel that i am needing an extra boost of something to keep my waist line in check and to help me keep my competitiveness. Thanks
