New to this site, looking to start my first cycle. Im 6'2 245 with about 21% bodyfat. I would really like to get down to 15%. Been going to the gym now for 2 years constant and hit a wall. Any suggestions? Diet is decent but I need to get stricter. Go to gym 4-5 days a week and break up my training into Back-Bi's, legs, chest and tris, shoulders and abbs.
