Hi everyone,
I have been a professional bartender for about 9 years. I spent most of it in Detroit, and some time in Dallas and Nashville. Once upon a time, I was a ripped, pissed off paratrooper. Then I got messed up on a jump, and joined a profession that leads to a lot of partying, and hence, a lot of extra weight.
I moved back to rural Michigan (onto the farm) to focus on getting my EE/CE degree finished, and have changed a LOT in my life and lifestyle. One of the things I have been focusing on the most is getting back into shape, with the ultimate goal of being the same size and shape I was when I came off of active duty, if not a little stronger. I have a lot of good, homegrown food readily at my disposal, and enough farmwork to keep me pretty busy (and a Powerhouse in the next town over
I am not a stranger to AAS or the gym, yet I am not by any means a pro. I have done some massive deads and squats in my day, and I have done some really successful cycles. But it's been a good 4 years since I've picked up the iron with a single-minded purpose like I have now.
I have been following the Max-OT program to get some of my basic strength back, and I run 4 times a week, 2 days are timed, 2 days I do hill sprints. When I feel that I have built enough wind, I will start doing circuits to try and shed the body fat. During this time I plan on running T3/Clen with just enough Test to fight the T3 and preserve my muscle mass. I have been tempted to do it NOW, but I guess I know better. LOL!
I am here to humbly listen to any and all sage advice, and I hope that I can continue to learn from the people on this forum, as I have learned from other good people in the biz over the years (in the gym and on the net).
Cheers!
