New guy from the STL

Hello everyone, I am a 36 year old that's hitting the wall! Always been athletic and played sports my whole life, but i liked to party just as much and I am afraid it is catching up with me. So I am looking forward to educating myself, making new friends, and finding the fountain of youth.

Thanks, there is a lot of great info here that I have read already. I have been on a couple of cycles before, but after reading some of the threads here i realise i was doing a lot of things wrong. I'm looking forward to picking your brains and growing large!
