Hello guys,

I'm trying to get in better shape. But I figured I was going to need some help. So... here I am.

-35yo
-6'1
-210lbs

I'm not in great shape, but really really want that to change since moving to the coast since I'm on the beach now.

I've read about MK-677 and would like to give it a try, where would I order that?

I don't want anything that has to be injected, but am willing to look into anything else. What would you guys recommend?

Don't waste your money right now, change your diet and do cardio. Thats what will lose body fat.
