A little background so here we go,
I'm 22 turning 23 in a couple months and yes I am aware I'm kinda still young but I'm also fairly hard headed. I started poking around the gym at age 16 with no real knowledge and continued until I was 18 at which point I enlisted in the army as a scout. It wasn't till about the time when I was in Afghanistan that I really started to smash the weights hard. Anyways I got out about a year ago and that is when I would say I became very aware of my nutrition cuz it's easier to track my intake now. But lifting seriously I'd say 3 years best squat 450, deadlift 505 and 270 bench at 180. I just decided to finally cross the border into non-natty land lol
