Sup guys, had an account for awhile and been reading and lurking for a bit. Going to be starting a cycle soon.
In my 30's, been lifting since 2008 when I went into the military, then got out. Been recovering since 2012 from back and neck disc issues. Got out of shape during recovery and lack of working out. Stopped, then started back in slowly under guidance from a Provider, PT, and Chiropractor.
Down to 30% BF now 6'1'' working out 3-4 days a week now to strengthening core muscle groups and got my strength back. I was at 35% BF. Yeah I let myself go when I got out.
Starting a basic Beginners Cut Stack and basic PCT from naps when it arrives. Goal is to get from 240 lbs (current) to a lean 200/215 lbs. Researched and got my calories and macros counted. B/P is a steady 110/76 and had blood work done with all functions at normal.
Going to be keeping a log of first cycle so I can monitor what I should adjust and change next time. I know there are different mixes that could help me meet my goal of dropping BF% and gaining lean muscle. However, I have never used AAS before, only met those that have in the military, and heard about NAPS. So, as a trial run to see how legit the site is myself I bought this and that, I mean I'm not trying to purchase a bunch of gear and get jipped. I doubt I will, but I want to find out for sure myself first.
I've read others using AAS such as Anvar and increased amounts of Test to achieve what I want. I'll look into that more after. I thought the basic although isn't bad, isn't the worst either so I can see how my body responds first. Anywho, I'm sure there are more specific goals that can be derived and timeframes after I see how I personally respond to this stack.
