never done a cycle or anything but am 38 6ft 240
current maxes as of 3 months ago: 370 bench, 455 squat, 535 deadlift probably 15-20% fat
looking to lean up and get those numbers up a smidge to 400, 500, and 600 respectively
would like to learn as much as i can before i go too far
