    Hey friends. Im just here trying to learn as much as possible before I take the plunge. Lots of questions. Not really sure where to start. It seems like I'm in a different boat than most. I'm 290 lbs at 20% bf. I'm happy with my size. Strength and power are more important to me than size and I really just want to be lean one time in my life. Played college sports. I'm now approaching 30 years old. I went from 340 lbs of fat slob down to 245 in seven months about two years ago. I started lifting heavy and and started to gain weight and realized my metabolism was destroyed. Im pretty happy with the strength and muscle mass I put on. But like I said I'm tired of being fluffy. Looking forward to gaining all the k,owledege I can do that I can reach my goal of seeing my abs at some point in my life. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

    This advice is coming from an endomorph. If you're happy with your strength and size, then don't use any gear. It will only put weight on you, not strip fat.

    I'm 42 and run 125mg test per week. Anytime I've tried cycling higher, adding other compounds, the weight just packs on. Even with what are considered "cutting" compounds. I'm sure some of it is bloat, but you don't want that either.

    At 30, you probably don't have the need yet to inject extra testosterone into your body.

    If you do anything, I'd avoid the gear, and consider something like a eca stack along with your diet and workout program.

      Thanks for the advice. I guess weight is not the whole issue but bf percentage. Honestly, from poking around on the forum I assumed that was the Advice I would get. The consensus seems to be to lose the fat first. Over the last year I have went from 270 to 290 just being stuck at 20 percent bf. I started dieting hard about 3 days ago. I'm really one of those guys who struggle with doing like a 200 calorie deficit. I need to see results fast to keep up the motivation to stick to My diet. So, just hope I don't lose too many of my gains. Gonna go research eca stack now. Thanks again for the reply man.

        Burleyboy,
        There are some things you can do to help lose fat and keep the muscle you have. For fat loss you can try a few things, like Clenbuterol and Cytomel (T3) theses two, together work really well for burning fat. You still need to hit the cardio hard, best time is in the morning before you eat (fasted cardio).
        You could do a cycle to help keep muscle, of Testosterone Propionate and Trenbolone Acetate. The Tren can have some side effects that are harsh for some guys, but with the ester of an acetate, if you have sides that are to harsh for you, you can back the dose down and with in a few day the side should get better. Do a search on these items and see if it's something that you might want to try.
