    Hi all
    I am from the land down under and am looking for assistance...

    So I am:

    6'1 tall
    32 yrs old
    Male
    170kgs in weight (43% body fat)

    I was a lot bigger but have successfully lost over 25kgs in the last 18 months through meal replacements and exercise.

    Recently I started a pretty full on fitness and nutrition program and introduced fat burning sups and proteins to help me further with progress. I was all introduced the Clen and T3...

    Today I started with 20mcg Clen and 50mcg T3 with my fat burn supplement before my workout...

    I then had another 50mcg of T3 at around 3.30pm. My body is definitely firing up and I can feel the burn inside but my question is, am I using a correct dosage to get the prime results? Any advice will be very helpful.

    Obviously I am not training to be a super athlete or a body builder but trying to get my self back into a healthy shape
