Hey all I'm new to the forums, coming from the Q and A. Much thanks to NLN for all of the great information he has given me through his posts and responses. I decided to join JM because I can see the positive family like environment you all created and wanted to be a part of it. I love the information and motivation here!
Background on me, first cycle ever was anavar only, gained 10-15 lbs lean mass after cycle on a horrible diet. After that some "knowledgeable" friends got me on my first real cycle and I had many issues as they had me on test prob, tren ace, and Winn for first cycle. What a mistake. Thank you all for advocating starting with test e only.
Since this experience I found the Q&A and have completed a few test E, EQ cycles with good success.
Right now I'm off everything, sitting at 5'9" 205 lbs 15% bf, still a bit high. I didn't lose any muscle and hardly any strength after coming off, just water.
Right now macros are about 350 protein, 200 carb, give or take a few, with enough fats to get around 3400 cals. I am seeing some slow and steady fat loss with this diet. I notice as I am getting leaner that my abs and legs are showing definition sooner than my arms and chest. Kind of weird.
Next cycle plan is
1-16 540 mg sust EW
1-6 50mg drol or dbol ED
1-16 500 mg primo EW
8-16 300 mg NPP EW
Hcg and adex throughout as needed
Possibly adding some slin to the plan, we'll see.
Any suggestions on the cycle? Also should I be aiming for a lower BF% before I start? Trying to decide if I should cut or go for the lean gains. All I bought was the primo and adex and pct so far.
