i ordered a while back.. still havent gotten it... i submitted 2 tickets and no one has responded. Not trying to bash.. just lettin everyone know whats going on in my situation

Hey bros. I am brand new here but am an active member on many other boards. I wanted to share my experience with these guys... I ordered from them almost 4 weeks ago.. Have sent numerous tickets/emails to them of which none have been answered? Will email admin for some help.

Ok.... just wanted to update. I did recieve my package. I still think they have some work to do in the customer service dept. I never got a single reply from my emails/tickets.
