Naps site

When I'm not logged into the Naps site all the products come up fine. When logged in almost none of the products except Jintani come up. This is the message: 1142 - SELECT command denied to user 'naps_root'@'10.0.3.1' for table 'orders'. The help desk is down also. I did PM the Naps Rep. Any one else have this problem?

Is this problem still going on? I would try to use a different browser and see if that works. If not, let me know and I'll contact them

Do you use internet explorer? I have noticed this happening since I updated to Internet Explorer 11, when trying with Mozilla Firefox I do not get these problems.

I have a Mac, so I use Safari. I'll try Mozilla.
In 5 months I'm going for a year long trip and I always feel better showing up on cycle.

A rep notified me and told me they are fixing the glitch.
