Hi
I'm a newbie and just want to mention my
frustrations lately with online suppliers that
promise the earth and deliver nothing .
I have dealt with two online suppliers recently and been scammed
both times.
I then do more research and discover naps and was very impressed with site
and communication and all looked very impressive so I placed a small order.
Delivery time 2-3 wks with tracking number ,the problem is its 7 wks and the
tracking number provided is not recognised.
They have responded to my emails and said it has been sent again .
As this was a small tester order if I do receive it eventually it doesn't fill me with confidence to place my main order and is the delay in future going to interfere with
future cycles..
I don't want to sound harsh on naps and I just hope I receive it this time as to have
a reliable source you can trust is what we all want and need.
I will update on progress in a couple of wks.

Naps rocks! The best and only supplier for me. A lot of orders, 0 problems, good price and glood quality.

Ok people I posted a thread a couple of wks ago questioning
Naps and if I was going to receive my order.
I must state that this was down to being scammed twice
by different online sites
However my items have arrived albeit a few wks late
but I understand that with these kind of transactions
this is to be expected.I feel that I should say that while
I was waiting for my items that the communication from
Naps was always good .
I look forward to buying much more from Naps.
