Hey guys, Im posting to see if the naps rep will actually reply. Ive been to the online chat 10+ times. Many tickets opened/closed on my shipment. A particular person at Naps seems to not want to help at all. Ordered Test S and Dbol. Got nothing at all more than 50+ days from order. Hope that wasnt too specific. They had absolutely no problem taking my money. Massive problem helping me out afterwards. Never received a tracking number, until after it was "delivered." Everyone is saying, "oooo uncle nappy will make it right...etc." At this point it is very very doubtful. I have several friends that loveddddd naps, but after this I have to say they are prob going to lose 4-5 good customers. Also i have PM'd the rep on here 2 times about a week apart, 2-3 weeks ago. Still nothing

Brother, you're barking up the wrong tree. There's nothing we can do here, Naps is just our sponsor, we have nothing to do with the Naps web site. You have to deal with them. If your a dick they wont help you, so try to be nice, I'm not saying you were a dick, but keep your cool or you wont get anything out of them!!!!!

Ive really run out of options. Ive tried to be nice and respectful on the tickets and the online chat, but i keep getting shit on. IDK if the rep on here can help out, but its the last resort

If everyone was cool and relax and let uncal catch up things would go a lot smoother.

I for one will ONLY use Naps. And as to the loss of customers ??? For every one that might be lost 10 more will fill the spot.

There is a world wide demand and if Naps was to go public with an IPO I would BUY BUY BUY... Something to think about Naps

Listen, Bros... I know you are anxious to get your stuff and can get frustrating waiting. I assure you with 110% confidence that you WILL get your products. I guarantee that! Please be patient if you are waiting and don't get on various forums giving details and making anything more than it is. In reality, that won't change anything either. Aside from contacting Customer Support.

Hang in there. Know you are in great hands. I'd rather wait a bit longer and get HIGH QUALITY products. Trust me, I've been in this game for several years and I'm fully committed to Naps and his products. Nobody stays in this business for as long as he has unless you have QUALITY PRODUCTS AND PRICING.

I've read some posts in regards to "once they had my money..." Wherever that statement was leading, it's wrong. Naps is a very honest and does a lot for his customers. Believe me when I say this!

If you want to PM me for some reassurance, that's fine.

To those that are waiting, please do not go off the handle and come on here to blast Naps. That's not going to fly. Be respectful, discrete, and patient. I promise the rest will work out!

I've had small mix up about funds w Naps so they offered to ship something for the price difference...I asked for something they added to my ticket X2 even tho the cost difference only covered one seems to be awesome support to me;-)

As with every business there are going to those that aren't happy for some reason or another. You also have the scammers out there trying to get one over and take advantage of a good thing. I can say that over the past few years I've never had one single issue with naps NOT ONE! It makes me wonder if most of the problems are with naps or more so with the ones doing the ordering. I know everyone makes mistakes and Naps isn't above that. I also know that I've read of more times that they've corrected mistakes they may have made than i have them just not do anything about it. So when I hear some people say naps screwed I KNOW there is more to the story then what is being told.
I'm with you ADONIS its pretty F-ing cool to have a source period!

Frankly I don't know wtf you people are doing, I've ordered twice from NAPS and have been impressed with the timeliness of the delivery, seriously this stuff is coming from some backwater in Eastern Europe And it gets to me in two weeks via postal service? I say these guys are geniuses. Eventually everyone will have an order confiscated, it takes a while to get everything going again after that.

You cannot expect this to be like amazon prime where shit shows up immediately. You should plan your cycles months in advance and have plenty of gear for mishaps. Piss poor planning if you didn't.
