Order cancelled?!

The products I ordered never came so I asked for a tracking number then I was sent a message saying it was cancelled. I don't get why it would be cancelled after it was said it was shipped.

Yeah they went to find out the tracking number but I got a message saying its cancelled. It wasn't even a special, it was HCG on regular price. Did you get another one? Did they send it again or a refund?
