Product never came. help?

i ordered my hcg about 4 weeks ago and it says it was shipped but i never got it. i received my other products but the HCG never came. why is this?

I ordered some gear along with some HCG and the HCG came separately shipped from a totally different country. Now in my case the HCG arrived before the gear but they both came. Best of luck I think everything will workout for ya.
