Easy... anyone can vote, anyone can press F5 and vote again, you could do it 100 times in a row.. anyone can win this contest... the question is how desperate and low are people? Personally, I consider anyone that voted on their pic more than once in a single day pretty lame. Anyway... NAPS webmasters are dumbasses, enough said.
