Planning 100mg deca for about 12 weeks on 8 weeks off to help with joint pain. I was advised that even at 100mg I should add test to combat T shutdown. my first priority is avoiding sides! I don't need a lot of mass gain. I train for strength, power and endurance. Not size. However I would be happy to lose about 2-3% bf.
Naps' product of the week looks interesting. 250mg test e/200mg deca per ml. If I were to use that at 1/2 ml/week would the @125mg of test e cause any sides? What products and doses should I add as ancillaries or PCT?
Lastly, if that product is not optimal, could I just run deca for 12 weeks then add tbol or anavar at week 6-12 to harden up and get ready for summer and not worry about PCT?
