How long do they usually take to respond to a ticket? I was wondering because they used to take 12hours but my ticket has been about 20 hours or maybe it was just Christmas. Over there today

pretty in the past, meaning a few months ago they came thru pretty quick with my order and other times I have had to put in a ticket they responded within 12 hours like they say they do. But this time it's been almost 24 hours now and no response, however it was Christmas so they're busy or maybe took the day off today still celebrating the holiday. I will let you know how long it takes.

These dudes are super busy right now with the december sale bro. Dont forget these people have families too and their number one concern isnt you or me this time of the year. They actually just answered a ticket of mine within 24 hrs. Just sit back n relax bro. All will be good when dealing with these people

So turns out they no longer accept the type of payment I used and thats why my there was a mix up with my order. HOwever, I'm going to resend my payment using a different method and see how that goes. I must say that I know they are reliable and always a good source, but I know what I'm buying here so I don't expect the type of customer service they offer at a dept. store. And for what its worth they do have really good customer support and I recommend our sponsor to anyone who is thinking about it
