I've made several orders with naps some for orals and some just for injectables. Communication was fast and information was accurate. Customer service was friendly and promptly answered my questions and provided tracking numbers. I am satisfied with Napsgear, good shipping, reliable products and there's not a site out there that can beat their prices. Highly recommend them, Very satisfied naps customer.

Napsgear.net is Best

I purchased three times from Napsgear.net 1074 + 421 + 599 usd for total amounts. At my first order I gave wrong address accidentaly. The items shipped and returned. I chat with Kelly from Napsgear. She was very kind and they shipped again with no extra fee. I even get the tracking number both times but could not catch the package. And for the third time we fixed the shipping address and Napsgear shipped it again with no extra fee. They are very trustable. Also the items they sell are very good products. Thanks to Napsgear.Net

I purchased some products from their website. They said that the products are shipped but I did not received anything. When I asked them where my package is they told me they are shipping from China with a fake name and address, my package is lost and they are not giving my money back. If you do not want to throw your money away, do not buy and products from them. They are scammers and they steal your money. The products they sell are from China and fake as they are. Stay clear away from www.napsgear.org

I have done business with Napsgear for about two years now and have always had excellent service orders delivered spot on and gear was outstanding! However, this last order I made showed up with incorrect quantities. When I attempted to contact support. My usual password did not work. I contacted online help only to have my regular account confused with my napshelp account and now cannot access either. Suddenly I cannot get anyone to help me reset my account passwords through the chat help. He keeps sending the new passwords through email after I informed him that I NEVER receive them. Now, I never am able to reach chat help.

Looks like I'll go do business somewhere else if I cannot get this corrected.

Very disappointing!

Update

Well finally reached someone in chathelp. They asked me to submit a ticket to napshelp. I did but I still don't have a password for there either. Hoping for the best though.So maybe I will receive an email soon! Will provide an update if there is a breakthrough.
