Right im getting a little pissed off again with all the whingers, The guys with 2 posts whining about an order that hasn't shipped and the money got picked up yesterday!

If you need to find out about a package:

1) The support center requires a separate login
2) Always check the support center dont rely on ANY email
3) Use your order number not package number the 2 are different
4) If you still dont get a response in 72 hours use the online chat
5) If all else fails hit up a mod
6) Its now common for packages to be split

and please dont keep posting until you have exhausted the above options

Cruz thanks for this info. I placed my first order with Uncle today and promise not to come on here whining when its not delivered tomorrow I expect the worst, hope for the best. If it comes in 13 different packages within 3 months, ill be happy. If it comes in 3 weeks, i may join the circus..Thats good info just incase i need it one day...

Oh Cruz, you have seen me post countless times in reference to this. You see, Im not only a spokes person for our good uncle, but am also a regular client. I speak to these issues well because I have been through these issues. The most important thing that I can stress to anyone who is ever concerned about their package arriving is that your package will arrive! I have never heard of anyone not receiving an order, eventually. I waited 72 days one time, but that was highly uncommon. No matter what happens, N@PS takes his reputation seriously and will ultimately come through.

I ordered my gear yesterday and it's not here. I'm in the middle of my cycle and out of gear. I sent support a message 15 minutes ago and there has been no response to my yahoo account. Naps is the worst ever!!! I'm gonna go cry about this horrible service all over the Internet now.

I think all the members of the bitch, piss and moan club should grow a pair and just admit that they were wrong in the end. I bet 99.99% of their melodramatic experiences posted on this forum ultimately had a happy ending. However, none of them wants to admit they made a mistake, leaving us to sift through all their bullshit. No one should cast aspersions at our dear Uncle Nappy, as he is one of the very few suppliers that actually cares about his customers. 'Nuff said!!!

i think I some how got on NAPS perfrered customer list because I get orders in full before the 20 day time runs out every time they even doubble shopped one of my orders which i did not complain about. i am with you thought I am tired of the crying this is not Amazon chill thr F out your order will come.
