Well i appologize. Look bro, i am not doubting they will come through but after weeks of going through the same old song and dance with customer service, im loosing faith. I went through a lonnnnnnnnng delay with them on the first order and they resolved my problems with 100% satisfaction. Like someone said earlier, i submitted tickets and got responses within minutes first time around. No such luck this time around. Faith hasnt gone completely though, still holding out

wow krazy thats a crazy statement I been in game way long long time and have had my nuts chopped alot. But theres international shippers getting orders here in 8 days. As far as splitting oreders i umderstand that but if they shippe same day they go out same plane. Trust me they dont show weeks apart
Sounds to me like they either need to quit taking orders and get caught up.Or do what they say they gonna do. Cause im sure if they stated you might wait months or orders might get split up and appear weeks apart from each other noone would buy. I see both sides but who yopu kidding this is not fair practice and i dont care illegal or not its nmot an excuse Just my opinion as you had chance to state yours. I think cruz is right they keep it up trouble on the horizon. But who am i just a guy thayt has gotten hundreds of orders with no issues just saying. Buy also got maybe 30 orders been held up a couple (couple means 2) days not weeks. And why would they have yo double prices so oh boy can receive world class shipping. I think just do it like all the other thousands of orders they sent and be no issues. You can say what you want but i got a real good idea whos dropping the ball here

Dude it's not naps fault.. I had orders all end up at customs at the same time(actually one arrived a day later) guess what? The one that arrived a day later actually showed up at my house first!! The other two took almost a week and a half longer.. The order before sat at customsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbefore appearing at my door.. So what am saying is the fault isn't on Naps it's on customs!

I hate the whole "its not amazon/walmart/kmart/starbucks/whatever" argument...if you went to buy weed off a guy and he took your money and said be back here on this date and get your stuff, then didnt have it, would you be less pissed because its illegal? ....my problem with any place is when they dont tell you "hey this may take a little longer, we are really busy or out of stock"..id be fine with it, dont let people twist in the wind..this sponsor made up for a problem on one of my orders before, im sure they will not screw you, they just take time.

I agree with ds222. I'm fine with shit taking a while, and I completely understand getting busy and not being able to stay caught up. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of communication. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a response on my ticket(s), which I'm not complaining about here, just makes people feel more comfortable if someone is talking to them haha.

I agree with ds222. I'm fine with shit taking a while, and I completely understand getting busy and not being able to stay caught up. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of communication. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a response on my ticket(s), which I'm not complaining about here, just makes people feel more comfortable if someone is talking to them haha.

All mine were answered in a timely fashion........... Ive had a lot of orders sent from NAPS and none were ever split up, Im in the UK so its not illegal so I expect the same service from NAPS as I do anywhere else.

I see what Krazy is saying, You guys in other locations may have slighter delays who knows, But I will stand by this, NAPS always makes it right regardless, So yeah they may be having trouble (I dont know) However you will always get your stuff and that I swear by

M, dont take this the wrong way bro but i think everyone knows its not ebay walmart or amazon. And its not the TA that everyone was worried about. It was the lack of communication. Everything has been resolved for me though. Cant speak for everyone else but im good
