  • pissed. dunno what to do. reps please help

    i placed my 2nd order with our sponsor and only received about half of it. i have tried to PM numerous reps with no response, have submitted about 6 tickets to our sponsor with no response, and have tried to do an online chat with them with no response. i have used up pretty much all resources. not only am i waiting on things for myself, but for other people also. i wouldnt be so pissed if i was just missing stuff for me but now i look like a jerk off since i told these people their stuff would come in with no problems. if someone can come in and help me out, that would be great. im begining to feel like i got the shaft on this one . if thats the case, it was not a pleasure doing business...

      That sucks, Whats the point in sending out half an order? It doesnt make sense. Sounds like trouble on the horizon

        Dude, chill the F out... First of all, orders are divided all the time. If you order a bunch of stuff, would you think it wise to send out a giant package full of anabolic steroids? NO, they split them up to protect you. You need to be patient and recognize that you did not just order some computer software from Amazon. Im sorry if the international shipping of contraband substances is not being handled as well as you would like. Also, your dealing is not uncle nappy's problem. Most of the people here would never consider ordering for anyone but themselves. If you were unclear with your buddies about the risk involved, that is your fault. So, at any given point, N@ps is probably dealing with about 3,000 active orders. Im sorry as shit that they have not responded to you quickly enough. Maybe they can double their prices and double their staff to satisfy your desire for world class customer service...

        For the rest of us, Uncle keep doing the amazing job you do. We appreciate everything you do for us.

          NAPS always comes through but I can see why you are stressed but they did not get such a big customer base by treating customers wrong I have had orders ship in two different packages it's pretty common .I have also had a package not show up and they replaced it no questions asked so hang in there and let your friends order there own gear from now on.

            wow krazy thats a crazy statement I been in game way long long time and have had my nuts chopped alot. But theres international shippers gettingxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. As far as splitting oreders i umderstand that but if they shippe same day they go out same plane. Trust me they dont show weeks apart
            Sounds to me like they either need to quit taking orders and get caught up.Or do what they say they gonna do. Cause im sure if they stated you might wait months or orders might get split up and appear weeks apart from each other noone would buy. I see both sides but who yopu kidding this is not fair practice and i dont care illegal or not its nmot an excuse Just my opinion as you had chance to state yours. I think cruz is right they keep it up trouble on the horizon. But who am i just a guy thayt has gotten hundreds of orders with no issues just saying. Buy also got maybe 30 orders been held up a couple (couple means 2) days not weeks. And why would they have yo double prices so oh boy can receive world class shipping. I think just do it like all the other thousands of orders they sent and be no issues. You can say what you want but i got a real good idea whos dropping the ball here

              Dude trust me i undestand why its split up. Like i said before its not my first time buying steroids online, not just from them either. In fact, my first order with them was split up in 3 parts. Im sick of hearing that "you didnt buy computer software from amazon" shit. Everyone on here knows that bro. Were not fucking retarded. We understand the risk of the game. What im pissed about is the lack of customer support this time around. Fom a business standpoint, do YOU think it would be wise to not get back to any of the tickets your customers sent to you over the past few weeks? NO!! Im not the only one experiencing these problems right now either. If anyone can tell me they have submitted a ticket to them and HAVE gotten a response, i will chill. But until then i will not be happy. And you know what, i probably will order with them again really soon. Its not like im saying they need to burn in hell or anything bud. Dont be such a douche every time some one says something you dont like to hear. Youre not the ONLY person who understands and knows how this game works so stop acting like it

                You assume to much. You assume that all of your products are being shipped from the same location.... False, products are being sent out from multiple countries. You are then assuming that mail is uniformly sent throughout the world. False, countries handle mail differently. You said that you have received HUNDREDS OF ORDERS. I take this to mean at least 200 or more. Im not sure why you would be handling your activities among us peasants, and Im utterly shocked that any of this activity would surprise you... Here is the bottom line, N@ps sent your gear, its in the mail somewhere, or has been seized. If it has been seized, then uncle will make it right...

                  Alex, the tone of your original post could not have been more whinny or bitchy. It surprised you that somebody called you out? I stand by my statements. Im actually in that 1/2 boat with you and Im not the least bit worried. With regard to the issues with customer service, you have been contacting them for weeks with no response? Unusual, atypical, and strange are words that come to mind. Ethan, have you been contacted back?

                    i sumitted tickets all day yesterday and everyone of them they answerd within a few min the only problem i have is i cant log into my account.

                      First, where did i say that i have received hundreds of orders? Havent even received 10 EVER...second, you assume that you know me and how i think. I didnt assume any of the above. Naps clearly states on their website that products ship from different countries to protect us and them. Bottom line is, im certain they have shipped my gear, but communication should not be this bad for atleast 3 people on here that i know of when something goes wrong. And what the fuck are you talking about when you say "handling your activities"? Lets get something straight before we go any further. I am in no way a drug dealer or claim to be. The prices my friend paid are the prices i buy for. I made nothing extra off of them. Ive only ordered for someone else once and i know its really stupid on my part but thats just how it is so stop acting like you know everything about me since this is the first time youve ever said anything to me

                        You can read my tone in text? You must be some sort of genius. Frustrated would be the tone of that message. Trust me bro im not scared of confrontation. As unusual, atypical, or strange as it might seem to you, thats whats happening if you want to believe it or not. Im not looking for your approval or for you to be friends with me or anything so why would i lie to you about that?

                        IBH, im glad you were able to get responses from them. Are you having the same troubles as me, ethan, and krazy?

                          as of now im not, yesterday was my first time at this doing this... the only thing i am not able to do is get into my account. after i made it an did everything i logged off an was not able to log back onto it to check on everything i talked to them an they said it would be fixed asap..

                            Well i wish i could have your luck. Seems like thats the game were playing now is hit or miss. Hope your stuff comes in cause god forbid it doesnt and you post about it trying to find answers, you WILL be blown up by somebody

                              Alex, I have not tried to contact customer service, but yes, same boat. Ive been here before and they always come through. You did realize that I was responding to the other poster on page 1 when referencing the hundreds of orders statement?
