  • No product, and no repsonses? Reps come in please

    Placed an order on July 4th, received it in part and placed a second order. The second order was placed almost 2 weeks ago. I have received part of the second order all ready and still haven't received the rest of the first order. Checked the site and it claims that everything was shipped and should be in by now. Opened 2 tickets on the issue (both within the past 48 hours) and have yet to hear a response. Don't get me wrong, I'm not thinking that Naps is trying to rip me off. I have had nothing but good experiences with them in the past. Just trying to get a hold of one of the reps so I can see what's going on so hopefully I can get it all straightened out in time to do my cycle this fall.

    I personally wouldn't place a second order until I received all of the first. Might make things a little confused????????

      Well I waited until it said everything from the first order had shipped before placing the second order. I was worried about that as well.

        Im pretty sure everyone over at N@ps is balls deep in orders lately. Give them a little more time than usual to get back to you Ethan. You know in the end, they will do everything to make it right!
        Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.

          I would verify your email address I see its stated in RED when submitting a ticket

            give it a day and if you are still having issues then message gxr64 and see if he can help ya out, that is odd that it says it all was shipped. And yea they have been slow of late responding to tickets def over the 12 hr mark, but thats obv cuz of all the sales and such. gl bud

              Yeah, I double checked the email address and it was right. Also Naps is all ready set to go to inbox haha. I know in the end everything will be good to go, just want to make sure it isn't going to take forever haha. Again, not complaining against them, just looking for some answers :P

                Responded to me in 8 hours every time, Had to get a bit arsey for them to sort the issue out at their end but i thnk everythings in order now, I hope. Make sure you log back in to view your ticket the respone will be on there, Dont trust your email address
                There are no stupid questions just stupid answers, Please dont be asked to be spoon fed though

                  Ya I had an order broke into thirds just recently and the one that got to customs the latest has arrived whereas the others are still there.. I opened a ticket and have been responded to within I'd say 8 hours. So maybe it's just an oversight.. Good luck man

                    Wow i just sit back and watch whats going on. But with all the broken orders, long shipping times etc, makes me think, alot of worry, to get gear ordered. Sounds like naps needs to open up a domestic shipper here in states and load him up. Sorry for all your dilemnas just seems it should go alot smoother than it does. Hope all goes well and shipping speeds up. Or just order 2 months in advance i guess?

                      i am having the same problem right now. got about half of my order so im guessing they split it up. submitted 3 tickets with no responses. unusual for naps customer service to not answer a ticket. little disappointed in them in that aspect but i know all will be good...one day
