i have a naps account and have an active order. something has happened. i cannot log into my account to submit a ticket and when i request a new password it says it has been sent but never shows up in my inbox or spam folder. im not sure who i need to message as far as a sight rep to help me with my problem. can anyone direct me who i should message?
