Ordered QD Test and got GS Test instead, hope it is good to go.

Week 1-10 GS Test -e 250 Mon/Thurs
Week 3-10 Take .5mg Mon/Thurs Anastrozole
week 5-10 Take 40mg QD Var ED
PCT Starts Week 12
clomid 100/100/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20

This is my first cycle. Just pinned my left quad, went in smooth. A little PIP ache, but we will see how it feels tomorrow.

First cycle? Gen Shi is really good stuff. I've been on Test Cyp and Tren E, and recently added Mast P to cycle. I personally think 10 weeks with a long ester is a little short, I usually don't feel it until about a month. By then you would only have 3 or 4 weeks by the time it kicks in to really enjoy it. Just my opinion. Pins usually get better as time goes on, first few weeks they may be sore for a couple of days.

Why are you starting the Var 5 weeks in and only 40mg ed seams a little low? If you were using D-Bol, 40mg is a good start for a first cycle, but Var is a weaker compound.

I only ordered 150 10mg tabs of var. I thought they were 20mg tabs. I should have ordered more, and I figured I would used them to finish off the cycle.

By the way, WTF my quad feels like somebody hit me with a hammer.

Genshi is one of the best ugls so you are good there.

Your first couple of injects are gonna hurt. You're injecting a foreign substance deep within your muscle. That's rather tramatic for virgin tissue. Don't worry though. Soon you'll love pinning and it will be painless.

i love pinning quads compared to delts, but its more of a comfort thing. i can see the quad, aspirate and pin without any trouble. the delt makes it so you really have only 1 hand to use

exactly, and ill go to 2-3 ccs for quads depending on the compound and glutes, well ill shoot as much as i have to there
