    2nd order to recoup First Order ... looks to be a FAILURE!
    Contacted "support" ticket been on hold for over a week now with no progress...

    Yes, this SUCKS!

    No worries bro, you will get your bday gifts just sit back, relax and dont look everyday for it and "BAM" it will magically appear.... WE all have had our own little issues but have never been NOT taken care of.... YOU WILL BE HAPPY SOON ...!!!
