  • Some faith for the skeptics and reinforcement for the believers

I heard about Naps from a buddy in my gym (who now is a close friend). He said “it’s legit bro it may take some time and you need some patience but it will be there sooner than later”. So I went ahead with GP t-bol (first 5 weeks 40mg/day) and test-E (500mg/wk 10 weeks). This was my very first cycle and being that it was I went with what was said to be some of the best AAS on the market GP. I was 150lb going in with all the knowledge on how to train and eat correctly as I have been a gym rat since I was 18 (2 months till 26) not to mention I’ am 1 ½ yrs away from my bachelors in nutrition and exercise phys. Needless to say I was more than satisfied I was astonished gained a solid 12lbs and have been off for 2 months now and staying steady at 158lb. Strength went up and has pretty much never left.

Now I did need some patience as it took some time to get to me but nappy and its reps keep me in the loop the whole way through assuring me it would arrive and it did. With the help of my friend and the knowledge and support from everyone on these forums I gained a ton of information especially reading Sam’s blog on here reading that help me so so much, thanks Sam. More about the results I mean hey that is why we do it huh… The 12lbs I gained was solid lean vascular muscle I was absolutely shredded and loving it was putting up at least 10 more pounds that normal on every workout some went up as much as 40lbs and like I said I have pretty much keep my strength through proper eating and training habits. Needless to say this was my first cycle and naps made it so easy, but it damn sure won’t be my last. Naps is the real deal and when I’m ready ill be reaching out to them again

Yea I loved the Tbol! My next cycle is gonna be the test E/Eq blend 2 pins a week E3D making it 400mg Test E and 400mg EQ for 10wks adding in 10mg/day MHN for the first 5 weeks. I hear good things about the MHN

not trying to bash, but OP, you really have no business with juice. You've been training for 8 years and you only weighed 150lbs? You need to learn how to eat.
            How much do you squat/bench/DL?
What do you plan to do with your degree?

glad Naps came through for you, but c'mon, gear wasn't the solution you needed.
            Goals:
            1.5+ x BW Bench
            2.0+ x BW Squat
            2.25+ x BW DL
            Quit Smoking (Chantix)

EQ's at it's best when you are running out to 15-16 weeks bro, 10 weeks you will just begin to feel the effects of EQ, look to run a longer cycle and add only 1 compound per cycle that way you are able to associate the sides to a certain compound and not having to guess or experiment which compound it is

You need to keep your mouth shut and not speak about things you know nothing about.... First of all i'm 5'7 so 150-155 (which is where I flux between) is more than adequate and when I started hitting the gym at 17-18 i was about 125-130lb got up to about 162 by the time i was 23-24 but it was a sloppy I just ate everything in site cause I knew I had to gain weight. From that point I wanted to have abs maintain, my cardio endurance, be ripped shredded and flexible as i play baseball and soccer. So I needed an athletic build not a cocked diesel bench the gym build but can't do 20 decline sit-ups or run a mile. I'm about staying lean and hard, I'm not and never have been one for the big bulky blob of shit look.

I know very well how to eat in gaining mass or fat loss to shred up as i' am almost through with my nutrition degree and have clients that I coach and sell my eating guide to, so please spare me. As for your questions Squat max: 245lb free weight/275lb Smith machine, bench max: 275lb 2 reps no help, leg press:500lb a set of six, as for Dead lift couldn't tell you haven't tried to max that in a while. There are many things I want to do with my degree haven't made my mind up which I would like to do first. But hey thanks for your assuming and nonsensical input (All the numbers here are without/before the cycle ie.. my weights and lifting numbers)

So it would make more sense to go with just the test E 250 and the MHN 10mg/day? being as i'm only looking to do a 10wk cycle ?

they say diet is what makes the cycle a cutter or bulker, with that being said it sounds like you are trying to add lean muscle and not much fat but that is just my guess so correct me if i am wrong there.. i am not very familiar with MHN so i will stay away from that and let the others familiar with the product comment. i would advise running the test @ 500/week and add either a tbol, var or winny seeing as those are associated with little to no water retention, dosing per compound varies as well... i'm gearing up to run a test cyp and tbol cycle and noticed many others on the board who ran the same thing with great success so maybe give that a thought. if you are set on the EQ cycle extend it to 14-16 weeks hope this helps bro!

                      u mad brah?

you're a clown for using gear to maintain a weak 140lbs lean frame.

if you had a clue about diet and training, you could easily maintain that build and probably be stronger with diet and training alone.

                      yeah, u mad

First of all I don't weight 140lb so I guess you can't read, second I said i'm about a lean muscular athletic build I have to maintain great cardio endurance and flexibility while still being strong. If you knew anything about anything you would know that all those things cannot be done at once if your just BIG and strong and have to much size on your frame.... You see soccer players and outfielders in baseball..? are they big blobs of shit..? no, they are lean and muscular maintaining their cardio and flexibility while still having strength. So again I guess you can't read... For weighing 156lb which is what I weighed when i woke up this morning putting up the weight I put up in my workouts very few people I know can do such things at my size. This quote from you here just proves to me that you either can't read or your one of those idiots that just hears or in this case sees what they want to cause they don't wanna be proved wrong or made a fool of.

                          thing is, you aren't strong

who says you can't be strong, flexible and have decent endurance?

you're just small, weak and mad

good luck with your being mediocre goals going forward
