I began really questioning the integrity of naps. They told me things had been backed up due to server issues. Thought it was funny but the odd thing i noticed was the great customer service i kept recieving... believing everything was fine and would be settled by the end of month, Santa came early!!! Couldn't be more pleased and thankful!!
