question about the photo contest

so i am interested in entering in the best transformation contest but I am coming off of a serious injury so I am not 100% sure I will be able to get the results I want by the contest end date which is august 31st. Do I have to post my before pictures before any certain date or can I post them at the end of the contest (not the last day but right before) if I am able to get into shape by then? Would rather not post up my pics if I don't have a chance of winning.

I already took my before pics and have a dated piece of paper which says "naps contest" on it so by when do I have to submit my pics to the site if my injury will allow me to get into the shape necessary to have a chance at winning?

Upload your progress report photos at any time during the contest. The more informative your picture gallery is, the more chances you have to win the contest. The deadline for accepting new contestants will be July 31, 2012. Then, on August 31, all the contestants will be able to submit their final pictures for a week. After the pictures are in, voters will make their final choice on who they feel as made the biggest change.
