How about the greatest transformation, but have age groups, like 20-30, 31-40 and 41-50 and so on. I think with something like this you would have a lot of guys trying this.

Xamo is most definitely not right as you just said your having to diet crazy now to really polish off a great set of Abs... In which if you look around and ask around you'll find the the most frequent comment is "man its hard eating clean", "cardio is boring" Lifting heavy and getting big arms and a stout chest or wide back is easy eat like crazy to grow and lift heavy. Putting the work in at the gym is the easy part. Its the circuit training and cardio and correct science to your diet is much harder. Hence why you see far less 6 and 8 packs than big strong blobs/blocks who can bench 315 and squat crazy weight but cant' do 15 pull-ups or run a mile 7-8 mins.Yea they're strong but they are by no means FIT. If Abs were so "easy" you would see far more great sets of them every time you hit the beach..

To each his own, it's all in your brain anyway. And the ones saying it's hard eating clean and cardio is boring simply are weak mentally.

Anyway yeah it's off topic. Back to the topic.

Best/largest transformation for set age groups and sexes.

Most impressive pose in the most exotic (or hard to pull off) area.

            Most impressive V- taper.

            Biggest stretch marks!

Banner or tattoo design contest (for the truly loyal customer!)

            Face transformations (fat to fit).

            Most vascular pose.

i like the idea of a cutting contest or 'physique transformation' as has been mentioned. i know its not a cutting edge idea, but it is a classic plus it never hurts to have a reason to diet down, especially with summer coming in the states. we could set a date for final pics to be submitted. i'd be happy to help with any organization and judging. it could take a little longer to get this one completed, but it sure would be fun to follow.

great ideas so far, everyone. keep em coming!!

How about a geek to chic contest? If you were skinny, no attention from opposite sex and you changed it all
