    I put in a request for some goodies at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up when it was supposed to. I followed the guide lines that are on this site and the sponsors site. Tracking was provided and it was determined that it didn’t pass the test getting here. Sponsor said they would re ship me my goodies and I patiently waited. Got a tracking number and watched it sit in the same spot, (seemed like forever). I have constantly seen people throwing tantrums and bad mouthing the sponsors because of their lack of patience and understanding of uncontrollable circumstances. It’s unfortunate to see these posts because sometimes it makes me second guess the sponsor. Which in my experience I have no reason too. I will be glad to tell you that the EAGLE landed the other day. This is one of many orders I have had, but this experience proved to me that they won’t leave you hanging. Sometimes the situation is out of their hands but they keep pushing to make it right. Sometimes you get it quick sometimes it takes a little longer than expected. Expect the unexpected when it comes to this business. Like I said before, my orders are usually 2 to 3 cycles ahead so I’m not waiting for something that I need ASAP.

      this is GREAT news. i put my first order in and def also going to plan least a cycle ahead in case i run into issues. figure once I get this one my next will be a bit more for my winter bulker!

        I have been in that boat as well my friend and learned this lesson. Now, I just stay 6 months ahead and I never get disappointed.
        Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.

          I had about the same experience as bugse, issues outside of Naps' control. What the haters have to realize is that this isn't buying from amazon, and the fact that Naps has customer service that makes sure you get what you ordered is commendable given the nature of the business. This was my first purchase from naps, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Great company.

            You can't blame NAPS for when it is seized. They always do their best to make sure the package isnt suspicious.

              I also have a happy story to share along similar lines...had an order from early December that got caught in some kind of Snafu where it showed it had shipped but was told in January it never actually had, spent the next month till mid February trying to confirm a re ship had occured and get tracking. finally got on live CS, explained situation and had a tracking number by the end of the day...package was there by the middle of next week fastest I've ever seen. problem solved. WELL i went to my mail box today and had a mysterious pack sitting in there...it was my long lost order from December that had never shipped! Basically I got the same order twice. Not sure exactly how or why this happened bc i checked the tracking and it had only shipped less than 2 weeks prior but hey im not complaining! Just goes to show Naps will make sure you're taken care of, even if it means taking care of you TWICE!! thanks Naps I placed a large order earlier in the week before the early easter present came today but Im going to place another one tonight just because you've been that good to me lately. Loyal Naps customer since 2007.

                  It always comes, if it dont they will keep reshipping.Thanks for not bombing this place with unhappy threads, would be the same outcome either way.Just alot of wasted energy
