Test-C cloudy n jelled

Received my order today all looked good except for the GP Test-Cyp it was cloudy n jelled until I shook it up. Not sure if I should use it . I have been ordering from naps a long time never had any issues before. Has anyone else seen this.

It is falling out of suspension,which causes a crystal/cloudy.You can do the hot water method, shake, and repeat until they are all gone.
