Armidex has a half life of 3 days... No need to split pills... One taken EOD will give you a stable blood level.... No need to be so anal.

slight tangent... I have done a ton of reading about the negatives associated with cutting ones estrogen to 0. That being said, I feel like I have the body type that exemplifies why some people need an ongoing anti estrogen regimen. After years of playing with Serms and straight up Anti Es, I have come to the conclusion that my body wants 2.5 mgs E3D of Femara/Letrozole all of the time, forever... I don't get any of the moodiness... I don't feel dried out... I don't feel like it is impacting my strength... So, now I expect a constructive discussion about why I should not be doing this...???
Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.

you should go in and get your blood work done. then there'd be no need for discussion. then you'll know for sure if your estrogen is in check and that it's not having a negative impact on your cholesterol. any discussion would just be based off of speculation. BUT...that does sound like pretty hefty dose. if you're using research grade letro, i might think it's underdosed.
