The Moderator here seems to have some accurate info on NapsGear. They are not answering their HOTLINE that they state is up for EVERYONE even during their VACATION. This "vacation" needs to be clarified by the Moderator to help us all have accurate information on NapsGear. It would be greatly appreciated.
