    also i dont like possible effects it can cause on the heart..

      Clenbuterol works wonders. The beta2-adrenergic agonists especially. I wish we had a slow release form of salbutamol handy.
      Concerning the desensitization of beta-2 receptors I think there are other things that prevent/or reverse this process.

          id rather do cardio to drop the fat.. clen makes me get gassed to easy when workn out

                  lol well of course a good cardio plan comes before the clen. and diet comes before a good cardio plan maybe its just the way i'm reading it but your post makes it sound like its an alternative to cardio and diet lol

                    just an update on how things are going with this. so i'm a few wks in now and as of last wk, i've bumped the clen from 40 to 60mcg. i instandly felt the furnace kick up a notch again. then as of this wk, i started my GP t3 at just 1/2 a tab. i am so hungry all the time. i cant tell you how much fat i've lost because my coach doesnt want me to weigh myself throughout the prep. he just wants to go by pics and the mirror. so far, i'm seeing results. i will eventually be posting pics somewhere on the board, when i'm getting closer.

                        its getting more focused but crunch time will be in about 6 wks from now. there comes a point when your BF gets so low that it just hurts to be alive. somewhere under 5%, it starts getting painful. right now though, i'm good, eating some carbs now and cardio isnt too carzy.

                            god, its awful. kinda reminds me of having a bad cold. sometimes on low low carbs, i have found myself nodding out in the middle of the day. even then, with the right nutrition, i can still get in the gym and train with pretty heavy weight. what happens though, is i run out of gas a lot quicker. it takes a lot of focus

                              thats why i stopped using it. i was tired from diet and then the clen was messing my breathing. i could barely do any activity....i get good relults from ephedra/caffiene/aspirin stack so i use that

                                i hear you about good results from eca. in fact, i think it gets me conditioned faster, plus(at least for awhile) i get a huge energy boost from eca. the short half life messes me up though. i feel like i'm on a rollarcoaster all day, up and down. it takes a toll on my emotional state.

                                ever add yohimbine hcl to eca? it's good stuff.
