i have been in contact with Naps and they reckon they will be fully open in about 2 weeks or so and they are still going to be selling Geneza when re opening so lots of brands to choose from now

Best news ive heard in a while, when they do re open they will have so many dam orders to fill it will be redic

I've been told the new labs are gtg for ordering. I would contact naps first just to play it safe.

Generic Suplements is 100% GTG used alot of there gear and gs is the most painless oil to inject ever.

Yes sir. Looking forward to new products and new beginnings! Will be better than ever! They are the best despite and recent setbacks and time will prove it! They have been around forever and until recently they have nothing but great reviews. Products are top notch and service will be right up there with them! Gp products are amazing. Highly recommend them!

I've been very patient and haven't made a big deal about having to wait for my goods. But it's annoying that I'm wiating almost 2 weeks for a response to my ticket and PM. I understand things happen and have dealt with delays in the past, but not letting paid customers know the deal is extremely unprofessional.

They are answering all tickets within 12 hours and i know that for a fact so saying your waiting two weeks for answer to your ticket is absurd.

Have you tried checking ticket in support i have submitted a ticket before and they had answered and closed the case when i logged in it wasn't until the next day the email came through and that was 3 days later strange but true

Check your spam box and junk mailer folders or log back into the ticket center, all issues are being handled through there not through my pm's at this time.

Yeah, I put in my email and password but when I try to access it it says I have the wrong username and/or password. I have never received a reply from them.

Well i know for certainity all tickets are answered in 12 hours right now and that is quick for the volume of tickets they are handling.
