Got my order today. Ordered on #/## -approximately 6 weeks to my door. UPIC and ISN numbers check out as legit. everything that I ordered was delivered. very discrete packaging.
I had read all the posts I could on both of their sponsor sites and elsewhere. So I knew before hand of the delay issues so can't fault them. Customer service from Teamnaps was far better than their website and did a lot to keep my nerves in check. For me, the experience was good overall. Prices and variety are the best around.
HOWEVER, the questionable actual ship date was a HUGE "pucker" factor. Hopefully these issues are growing pains that will be worked out in time.
My recommendation for Naps would be to acknowledge the 6 week turn around time until they grow into their new shoes. I'd be much happier if I was told to wait 8 week but got my gear in 6.
