Hey guys, I am brand new here...first post actually. I have placed an order with NapsGear 9 days ago. I made the payment via Zelle, $570 including the 15% Zelle fee NapsGear charges. I have sent numerous emails, submitted tickets, send numerous pictures of my Zelle account with the order number referenced, I emailed the account that received the payment and nothing.
NapsGear says it did not receive my payment - even with pictures of bank account and zelle transaction showing it was paid to the email addressed they provided with the order number entered as they had requests saying - Internet Service: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
What is your experience with them? Am I out of $570 on a scam?
