Difficulties

Hey Guys,

I saw other threads.. but I am going on over 30 days after placing my order and I have still yet to receive a package. I tried to submit a ticket but I failed to hear back and then I tried again and I could not log onto their customer service website.

Is there someone I could talk to that would provide a little assistance? And I already pm'ed the napsgear rep on here and got nothing

Make sure u r using Internet explore w/Naps site (firefox, chrome etc have issues).
otherwise have patience they will come thru.

Just hang in there. The shipping REALLY sucks but they are worth it. It can make it hard to plan, I know. Its coming... try to be patient.

30 days? If they're you're only choice, expect more like 90 days. They're just too popular now and must not be able to keep up with demand. I guess the more people that dont become new customers, the better at this stage.

I've had nothing but great service and communication with NAPS....its all about how you approach your situation...if you post complaints on boards or rant and rave in pm's and through tickets it will get you nowhere.

got tons of pms saying that naps sends people vials that r not marked and unlabled...! and sometimes the gear is bunk...! and many people have ordered and their package didnt arrive till now for 3 months...! WOW

All my packages took about four weeks to arrive. One thing I noticed is the site says package shipped and then when I get the package it is postmarked like a week after the ship date on the website. A buddy's order took almost five weeks. Here is the key - order plenty and dont run out. The stuff is silly cheap..buy 3- 6 months worth of gear at the time and just place an order every month or so....

and what about the guy who has a thread on the anabolics section of his first cycle of test and he is in week 9 with no progress and saying the gear is bunk!... i just wonder...it is simple...this is naps site...so i guess most of u either members reps of naps or u r all kissing his ass...and too cwards to say the truth...
