If you don't get responses from tickets, check your junk mail folder.

If there's nothing there, and you haven't gotten any response in a couple days, I would PM A rep.

Making a fucking thread is what you should do ONLY if the rep and the support team ignore you for say over a week, or tells you to fuck off.
