Naps mens health suplement

I just got my gear today and every thing was there except one thing. its a mens health supplement called sperman . Its for bigger better loadfs of sperm production. Instead i got this stuff from himalaya herbal health care called CIIEMAH the two II are conected at the top ?
I googled it and found the web site but found nothing in their product listings for this ?? Tried to contact naps got the white screen and cleared my cookies and stuff on computer still couldnt get thru.
Any body here can you help me find out what this stuff is and how to use it.. Or can i get naps to reship my original item i wanted?
Mean while i,m starting on my cycle woo hoo.

OK thanks . I was just wondering because i couldnt find it any where on the web site. But did do some reaserch on the ingrediants . They are the same. Thanks GXR^$ and Liquid.
