How long does it usually take NAPS to respond to a ticket?
Also, I thought regular mail couldn't be tracked, but I read this on the site.
"Regular/Registered mail - most of the packages have a tracking number. You may always request your tracking number in 15 days after the shipping date."
What happens when you guys who ordered Mid Feb track your orders? I just submitted a ticket seeing if they can get me a tracking number. Does this work?
