Just got this e-mail last night.
Feburary orders were delayed in a Europe hub and were just recently released into transit. Because of this, most of them are arriving late, so if you are still waiting on a package from Feburary or early March, please give it a little time, they are coming. Anyone who has to wait over 4 weeks from ship date will receive 10% off their next order. Simply enter the late order number in the comments and deuduct 10% and pay that amount. No need to confirm with us first. If you have an order that is in paid processing status longer than usual, please be patient, we have a large volume of orders and they are working hard to get them all updated to shipped status. If you received a tracking number that isn't showing up yet, it's because it hasn't entered your country, once it does, it will show up. All tracking numbers are good and all items are shipped. If you you are noticing your order history not showing in your account or part of the site missing, it's because we did maintence o
