I just got my order of GP sustanon 270, GP deca 250, and GP dbol 50mgs. Never tried GP before so hoping to put on about 15 lbs with this stack. Diet is pretty basic, meats (chicken, beef, fish, etc) and white or brown rice about 4 to 5 times a day. Train really hard, switch up routines often, and use compound lifts ie squat, deadlift, power cleans, etc.... any advice to get more out of it?

I use bodybuilding training but incorperate compound lifts not just those lifted fyi...
